Understanding Comics: The Invisible Art by Scott McCloud

I have rated Scott’s Understanding Comics. 5 of 5 stars.

I use this text almost like a bible. It is so packed with information and illustrations that it must have been a huge project for him. I intend to read all of Scott’s books.  I was surprised to see some reviewers at Good Reads give less than 5 stars.  Also on Amazon there is the occasional negative review.  I can only guess that these reviewers were jealous?

• Book Rags.  Understanding Comics Study Guide.  This is a Kindle Guide to McClouds book Understanding Comics.  I will download this one tonight and write a review.  I look forward to reading it.
